Low Intensity Strength is a traditional strength training class that moves at a slower pace, includes lots of oversight for form/technique, and includes movements that are low-impact. There is no high intensity work or jumping involved in this class. The instructor puts large emphasis on deep core strength and pelvic floor strength to improve overall strength, balance, and endurance.
Strength Foundations includes traditional strength training and will be focused on improving technique and deep core strength to support your ability to increase your muscular strength and endurance.
